Newsletter subscriptions
When you subscribe, we store the first name you provide, your normalized email address, your consent status, the date and time of submission, and the exact consent language and version accepted. Consent is required before a subscription is accepted.
Newsletter signups are stored privately. No marketing email, automated message, or campaign is sent by this phase of the website. Future activation would require an explicit owner decision and a configured delivery service.
Contact inquiries
When you send an inquiry, we store your full name, email address, optional company or organization, selected inquiry type, message, and submission timestamp in private application storage. Contact inquiries are not publicly listed or returned by public endpoints; access is restricted to authorized administrators.
Contact notifications are inactive in this phase. Your submission does not send email, trigger automated messaging, or launch a campaign.
Protection and choices
Both public forms validate required values, reject malformed email addresses, use a hidden spam trap, and apply database-backed request limits. To ask about a submission or request a correction, email dark-corner-productions@polsia.app.
